Voyons un peu ce que Monsieur Andrew <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.hbs.edu\/faculty\/amcafee\/index.php\/faculty_amcafee_v3\/whats_most_important_for_success_with_enterprise_20\/\">nous dit<\/a> :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Enterprise 2.0 is more likely if&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Technologies<\/em><br \/>\n* Tools are intuitive and easy to use<br \/>\n* Tools are egalitarian and freeform<br \/>\n* Borders seem appropriate to users<br \/>\n* At least some of the tools are explicitly social<br \/>\n* The toolset is quickly standardized<\/p>\n<p><em>Support for the Initiative<\/em><br \/>\n* Incentives exist, and are soft<br \/>\n* Excellent gardeners exist<br \/>\n* Patient and dedicated evangelists exist<br \/>\n* Energy and activity are primarily bottom-up<br \/>\n* Effort has official and unofficial support from the top<br \/>\n* Goals are clear and well-explained<\/p>\n<p><em>Culture<\/em><br \/>\n* People are trusted<br \/>\n* Slack exists in the workweek<br \/>\n* Helpfulness has been the norm<br \/>\n* Top management supports lateralization<br \/>\n* There are lots of young people<br \/>\n* There is pent-up demand for better information sharing<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Plus je lis \u00e7a, plus je pense que c\u2019est un projet pour une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration enti\u00e8re. Et il faut, condition sine qua non, que chaque manager, de chaque pays, sur chaque continent, suive les cours du professeur.<\/p>\n<p>Mais je crois que le doute habite aussi l\u2019esprit du professeur. Car il dit : <em>\u201cEnterprise 2.0 is more likely if\u2026\u201d<\/em>. <strong>Likely<\/strong> \u2014 ce n\u2019est donc pas certain. M\u00eame avec toutes ces conditions r\u00e9unies, le <strong>2.0<\/strong> ne peut \u00eatre garanti pour l\u2019entreprise. Car il faut plus que des outils : il faut la confiance dans la relation.<\/p>\n<p>Et puis, pour que la collaboration fonctionne, il faudrait que les gens se sentent \u00e9gaux\u2026 ce qui est rarement le cas. Plus je parle avec des personnes qu\u2019on pourrait appeler \u201cdes pairs\u201d \u2014 Moscou \u00e9tant une ville \u201cbusiness\u201d par excellence \u2014 plus je constate que la pression entre pairs est loin d\u2019\u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8re !<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, un manager dans l\u2019agroalimentaire me confiait que des outils avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour soutenir une organisation fonctionnelle et performante. Ces outils ont effectivement \u00e9t\u00e9 utiles, augmentant la productivit\u00e9. Mais il a suffi qu\u2019une seule personne change dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe pour que le dynamisme collectif se perde.<\/p>\n<p>Outil informatique ou pas !<\/p>\n<p>Cela dit, il semble qu\u2019un changement de culture soit possible, car il existe une vraie envie d\u2019aller vers autre chose. Tout le monde s\u2019accorde \u00e0 dire que l\u2019id\u00e9e de l\u2019entreprise 2.0 serait un catalyseur puissant pour la performance.
